Arteks has been in operation for approximately 12 years. It is owned and operated
by Plamen and Vesela Mirjanov, who are both Bulgarian architects. Rodger Woods is the
Canadian partner.
Arteks main business activity has been to develop commercial and residential properties in the central area of Sofia. The company has about 66 employees. It is a company known for its high standard of design, construction, and finish, and deals with a more sophitisticated sector of the housing market.
